Will this clear things up re Hackergate?

Post by eddie on Fri Jul 11, 2014 8:57 pm

First topic message reminder :

After someone asked Admin dean on Flap forum a question this was his reply.
I will highlight what I believe to be the relevant section:

FlapGallagher wrote:
the chit chat section and 70000 posts disappeared when sassy made her complaint, the only conclusion is that FM or sassy's hacker friend deleted them as I certainly did not. there is no mention of them being deleted in the admin panel and it shows all changes done to the forum and users. so whoever deleted them had direct access to the databases, something admins on FM sites do not have.

So if forumotion have no direct access to the databases, who deleted them and how?

Dean has no need for his site to be vindicated, he has done nothing wrong, nothing was hacked. This was a crock of shit from the start and FM would not be reinstating anything if there was a chance of wrong doing. The most likely explanation for the removal was someone thought it may stop Sassy complaining. She did say she complains to FM a lot.

Seriously you do not remember Dibsgate, well there is your answer to yesterday on smoking, memory loss!

Wow how infantile your last point, that you would even think that of a person just who you know through the internet, that is clear issues you have there.
No i dont think i was a member for very long if at all are you talking first ,2 or 3 ADO

And your last point

Yes yes yes and Bla Bla Bla

The first ADO, when everyone was there, when Drinky and Allakaka were implicated in PM's how to up plus points. It was not that bad when you think about it now, but at the time it caused a massive storm and claim to hacking and I remember you being there on ADO 1.

Am I getting this right then Nems, those messages were from Buttercup who is Admin at FM, to Dean? And the section that it mentions has been restored on Flap, so they must be genuine yes?

Would you show me the post where I said that, because I have never said any such thing.   I said I complained about this, went through to litigation, could not post all my evidence on the first form so posted a second with the rest.   Don't make it up as you go along.   This is one of the reasons I will not put you on ignore, because you lie.

Erm, she is giving her opinion based on this latest evidence, where it states you complained loads, what is wrong with that?
Not being funny, but you expect everyone not to believe Dean but to believe you, when there is no evidence to show any fault towards Dean.

I was passed to litigation and filled in two forms to give them the information. I went on the thread daily previous to that to see if there was an update as I started the thread on the Friday and she is French and wasn't going to be in until the Tuesday. It's all on the thread, which is viewable by anyone.

I haven't been caught out in any lies, because I haven't made any, however your vendetta is leading you astray again.

Well, hello, two of my Bro's do, one is Spurs the other Crystal Palace, so you have that all wrong and both are paid a mint, one is based in Kong Kong who designs software, who would make your knowledge look small fry.
So to say you do not do football means little to me, many geeks I know still like football!

he has posted them on BF you asking permission to relay stuff to Ben.

That was the following day, and I emailed him to ask him to tell me truthfully if it was him or not.   He claims it wasn't and that things were being done under his name on other forums to make him look worse that ever.   I therefore pm'd Ben and asked him to check the IPs to see if the posts came from the same IP that Phil uses.   I didn't want to know the IP, just if they were the same.  Ben said he would check, and I left it at that.   As Ben has not said they were different, I presumed that they were the same, so have not contacted Phil again.    And I never claimed credit for getting Phil under control, I said, like Cass I was telling him to stop, and did a post asking him to stop and pm'd Ben to say what was happening and he needed to get rid of them.

Really, your little vendetta is completely out of control and has taken you over.

(Sorry Rags, that was to Nems)

I also told you why I denied the pms, because I wanted to clear it with Ben first as I thought it was an attack on the integrity of this forum, and Ben can confirm that.

Don't Jeezee me, you told me its not worth it you told me stick sassy on ignore etc yet all these years later one mention of Dean and you are like a rottweiller with a lacky band on its nuts

Im sorry KD this was a crock from the off, no hacking just a headlong rush to get one over Dean.
Ben can find no evidence of hacking, FM have apologised to flap and reinstated the chat with ALL ITS CONTENTS INCLUDING MESSAGES SHOWING THOSE PMS. Do you think for one little minute they would do that if they were investigating some thing? No course they wouldn't. I think someone in litigation saw their arse and thought perhaps this will shut her up.

Andy never clarified what he meant about his password being changed.

you originally denied the pms

And whilst claiming the credit for getting Phil under control you were still emailing him,
he has posted them on BF you asking permission to relay stuff to Ben.

Those PMs on BF make no sense.

Yeah, Phil started this stuff by making it out as though he was being impersonated here, claims which you saw and let me know about. I did check the various IDs and actually did not see any old accounts he'd used sharing those IP addresses, so I can't prove him wrong with that method.

I don't believe him, though; the posts sounded exactly like him and there are elements of the whole thing that just don't add up if he really was impersonated.

As far as I'm concerned, we're just going to keep watching for him sneaking on and defacing the board, and for that matter, watching out for anybody who might theoretically be impersonating him as well.

Rubbish
You were sure enough on the night it was him. Anyone could see it was him.
So it makes no sense for you to be asking if it was him w hen you had already announced you told him to stay away from you. You are not seriously trying to say you thought it wasn't him given the content of the posts here and on BF. Just exactly how stupid do you think people are?
Vendetta? Bollocks quit diverting

This entire issue is, because at the end of the day so much time, energy and emotion has been put into something that has not changed or proven anything, it's just gossip, really.

I feel resentful about all the time I've lost paying any attention to it.

Right, this is the last time I'm saying anything.

I pm'd Phil after he pm'd me in the morning, had forgotten that, and unlike you I don't drop friends without finding out the absolute truth and talking to them. So as Phil has already apparently posted the emails, this is exactly what was said:

No.

Eddie mentioned her daughters name on there the other day, she said 'my little Jas' on one of the threads.

Clue....Look at how many people have Phil ID's on BF...Catman has been taken and Kaka had that Phillipa ID which was to get at me.

Couldn't give a fuck as i'm pretty much done with forums now anyway.

I'm with you though on the days gone by....used to think nothing about staying up tip the early morning...gave a couple of hours sleep then head off to work.....then came kids......and being up till early hours was no longer a choice but FACT! LOL

Yep! my little jas used to sleep till half nine some mornings but lately it's 6:30 and my Son up at 6:45 for school bus.
I have to say though both my children are quite chilled out children so theyre not all mad and in your face in the mornings cheers

Yes KD for the tenth time everything is back. The emails are genuine and I don't recall you shouting for an end to the crap when there was much crowing over chat being taken down.
The Rottweiler comment is not solely in relation to this but to everytime you just have to post something derogatory about Dean.

It could have been an imposter I suppose. I didn't see the posts - If I had, I could probably have said if it was Phil or not. Then again, he denied being Kingfisher on BF and Norman on here.
