The gurning old harriden doesn't know whether to shit, shake or shiver. No confidence votes still arriving. 3 votes lost today in the HoC. Contempt of Parliament. An almost certain lost vote next Tuesday on her Brexit deal.
She will surely fall on her sword.
And not before time.

A withered old harlot called May
Got more unpopular by the day
Gove, Boris Rees Mogg and Hunt
All thought she was a serious punt
For some rumpy and a roll in the hay.

(That didn't finish how you expected)

The British people are in charge... And we voted to leave the EU...

That means leave on WTO terms or with some other sort of mutually acceptable lower tariff deal is agreed before March 29th 2019!!!

And while at the moment, there is no acceptable deal on the table... then the only thing to do is leave on WTO terms!!!

There is no deal to be had whereby it means that we are still in the EU and/or still left under any sort of subservience to any EU control!!!

The country has truly been May'ed.
And all voters have been carefully played.
To stay or to leave
No one knows who to believe
And has left us feeling betrayed.

We voted to leave the EU, which meant to leave the single market and leave the customs union...

And about 70% of mps in parliament represent leave constituencies...

So it is not me who should stop being a snowflake and suck anything up...

It is remainers who need to stop remoaning on and on and stop trying to fuk up what the British people voted for!!!

There is no such thing as hard or soft brexit... it is either leave the EU or end up with a fudge where we are still sort of in it...

No deal is fine... go to WTO trade arrangement... the rules are clearly laid out already... everyone knows where we stand then...

Then once out of the EU, we can look at reducing any tariffs with EU and others on a reciprocal mutually beneficial basis...!

Let's face it. The elite of Britain were against Brexit. The populist outliars were for it. Same thing is going on here in the US: Trump's populist outliars can't get anything done. But as is true everywhere, the elite get things done, in Parliament as in Congress.

What T. May should do is say, 'Y'all draft it, I'll be in my office.' Then she should leave it alone. Let it die aborning.

What I find most disturbing is the way everyone in the House of Commons were all trying to outdo each other with battering TM. Sure, she's a weak leader and she has to go, but she's still representing what the majority voted for, so instead of wasting energy and time berating her, pull together and find a fucking solution. The solution is not to have another referendum. We were lied to back then, and we've been lied to now, and politicians always lie because that's their agenda....their agenda is always them. If it wasn't, our country would run like a well oiled machine. But it doesn't. It's a mess.

It's only in time of pure war that this country has ever pulled as one, or been socially cohesive.

At the rate of population increase, the NHS, benefits and State Pensions will cease to be viable in the distant future. That will be the future that the snowflakes scream about now ruined by the UK bending the knee to Brussels. Do you think for one moment Europe will subsidise any of that if it all goes tits up?

...er, and 52 per cent voted to leave, Andy.

Now, I'm probably the biggest mathematical dunce in this forum, but at least my numerical education was successful enough to make me even me realise that 52 per cent is a majority, and that unless I'm mistaken the majority in a straightforward "yes or no" contest is the winner.

You appear to be taking the side of the unelected bureaucracy that runs the European Union - aka the Commission: If a referendum does not return the answer required, the voters will just have to vote again - and again, if necessary - until they produce the "right" result.

Both the Dutch and the Irish found that out years ago when they dared to defy Europe's self-appointed, self-perpetuating Lords and Masters.

The fact is that we were never going to get a good deal from the Commission's (unelected) attack dog, Michele Barnier or the (unelected) Commissioners themselves because the growing resentment of and resistance to the Brussels' Dictatorship of the Bureaucrats and its determination to force the member nations into a de facto United States of Europe was becoming a very serious threat from a number of member states, including Italy, Germany and France as well as the newer Eastern Europe democracies,

In other words, Michele old boy, shaft the UK pour encourager les autres.

The deal we get or dont get will be a reflection of the chaos that has been caused by the utter stupidity of the remainers constant whinging, the backstabbing of members of her own party, not to mention the tripe that Corbyn usually spouts.
Had the British people (including the losers who voted remain) accepted the democratic vote and pulled together the exit deal would have been far more beneficial to us all imo.

You don't get it, do you tommy? The "remainers" don't want to leave. If that's too complicated, try this: people who wish to remain = people who don't want to leave. And yet, you are depending on them to write your ticket??

When Barack Obama won the presidency, Republican Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell and Republican House Speaker John Boehner, got together in the basement of the Capital building and entered into a pact to work against the government functioning properly as long as the other side is in office. It was the end of bipartisan politics. But they didn't do anything; they just did nothing.

The situation is reversed over there, but the same tactics. Your leaders, who don't want Brexit, and wish to drag their heels, are doing just what Boehner and McConnell did: absolutely nothing. Doing nothing is a stratagem, in case you thought it was them doing something to "frustrate" the exit program. They're just doing nothing, and it's working.

Thank Christ the 48 letters Supporting a vote of no confidence in Mayhem have been submitted.
She will lose the leadership, and will resign.
Labour will call a vote of no confidence in the government in early January, probably timed to coincide with the Tory leadership contest, and cause most harm to the Government.
The government will lose that and a General Election will be called.
Labour, supported by the Lib Dems, the DUP and the SNP, will win, perhaps as a cross party coilition..Article 50 will be revoked , allowing us to remain, but with significant beneficial renegotiations.

In the Commons, Mr Corbyn rejected the demands, saying only that the party would call a vote at the “appropriate” time when it believed it could win it. The DUP has so far maintained it will save Mrs May on a no confidence motion despite its opposition to her Brexit deal.

They aren't doing nothing... they are actively working to throw as many spanners into the works as possible in an attempt to derail the democratic decision of the British people to leave the EU...

And let's not forget that most of the Labour MPs are remainers who are doing this... while 70% of them represent constituencies who voted leave!!!

Aren't they supposed to be doing what their electorate want, rather than working against them...?

Remainers have predictably been salivating all over the ECJ’s ruling this morning that the UK can “unilaterally” revoke Article 50. The notoriously slow-moving EU Court discovered a remarkable turn of speed to deliver their judgement just in time for it to land one day before the crucial parliamentary vote in the UK. Definitely not a political court…

There’s just one problem – it’s not what the judgement actually says:

“…the revocation of the notification of the intention to withdraw must, first, be submitted in writing to the European Council and, secondly, be unequivocal and unconditional…”

So it is not as simple as the UK simply telling the European Council it wants to withdraw Article 50 – the EU specifically reserves the power to rule on whether the UK’s notification is truly “unequivocal and unconditional”. Guido isn’t aware of any definitions of “unilateral” which include having to explicitly gain the approval of someone else. As ever, the ECJ marks its own homework to ensure that it always has the ultimate say over anything a member state can do…

The bottom line is that Article 50 is not going to be withdrawn unless there is a government in place that is prepared to table an Act of Parliament to unequivocally revoke it, and a Parliament that is prepared to vote this through. Even in today’s heavily Remainer-loaded Parliament, this is simply not going to happen…

Andy is in dreamland if he thinks that the EU want anything other than more power and control over the countries of Europe...!!!

And if he thinks Labour can ever be elected again if they shaft 70% of their current constituencies who voted to leave the EU, then he is also a lunatic...!!!

You would think so...but by the time Britain holds another election they will have moved on to something else.

If brexit isn't delivered, but instead we see a stitch up by current politicians... then there are 17.4 million people ready to vote for either UKIP or a new brexit party... And with that number of votes here in UK, it will not only ensure this party become next government, but also ensure a massive majority in parliament!!!

Haha...ya gotta convince 'em first. Your voters ain't sure what is going on. Realize, with the Brexit people, you are not dealing with the most brilliant minds. Your government is shining you on, partner.

Listen, in politics, if you wanna get it done, ya gotta do it yourself. You Brexit folks are just too fookin' dumb to draft laws. Dude, they're shining you on.

And how many referendums will you keep asking for, until the vote goes your way?

What is the point of a referndum, if then people cannot respect the decision of that vote?

Its basically people having a tantrum, they did not get their own way

Immature babies look for arguments and resort to name calling with just about everyone, with the occasional strop before deleting their accounts. There are people like that on NF but I don't want to point fingers Smile

Meanwhile, I'll repeat what has been said before: one more vote on the options available, and that's it. Save your keyboard the hammering next time you want to make the same stupid question you've asked a hundred times before.

Public think politics would be more chaotic under Labour, Sky Data poll finds

The Sky Data poll also finds that Theresa May remains more trusted than Jeremy Corbyn to lead the country through Brexit.

Just under half of voters think politics would be even more chaotic under a Labour government, according to a Sky Data poll.

Despite the turmoil of recent days, Theresa May remains much more trusted than Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn to lead the country through Brexit, the figures show.

A total of 42% of the public think Mrs May would be more competent to do so, with 22% backing Mr Corbyn - though some 36% answered "don't know".

Just under half - 45% - think British politics would be more chaotic under a Labour government, while 33% think it would be more stable.

13% thought politics would be similarly stable under Labour, with nine percent unsure.

https://news.sky.com/story/public-think-politics-would-be-more-chaotic-under-labour-sky-data-poll-finds-11577913

lol that makes me laugh

May is useless, but for the public to see already how bad Corbyn is and see him as worse than May. Shows at least the people of this country are not stupid enough to back Corbyn.
