DHS: Russian Hackers Targeted 21 States During Election
The Department of Homeland Security notified 21 states on Friday about attempts from Russian governments hackers to breach their systems during the 2016 election. Among those that have confirmed that they were targeted are Alabama, Washington, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Those four states said that the breach attempts were unsuccessful. According to Politico, a DHS official said that only a few networks were successfully breached and none involved vote tallying. “DHS notified the Secretary of State or other chief election officer in each state of any potential targeting we were aware of in their state leading up to the 2016 election,” DHS spokesman Scott McConnell said.

You can't blame the Russians for trying. The question is - did they succeed and did Trump get fraudulent votes?

So you discount one case of fraud and then invoke another conspiracy.
Priceless

Under that logic, nor can you blame the Japanese for trying to attack Pearl Harbor in 1941. The only difference here is, Trump would now be praising the Emperor of Japan whereas Roosevelt responded in the right way.

That's a separate, internal question. But I agree, it's a question: Is Trump illegal? And, if Trump is not legal, are any actions and/or appointments he made illegal?
For example, I would suggest that one seat on the Supreme Court is still vacant
