Nope, what you see here is what you would get in person.

One concession is swearing....there are some people I will swear in front of (usually jokingly)If however  I think a person doesn't like bad language I wont....my mum for eg never swore and apart from the odd inoffensive swear word I never did it in front of her.

I think some people online pretend to be something they are not (take note Ben) I honestly believe that the people on here who I have come to know are exactly who they say they are.

In real life I get more respect. So different in that I have to explain more often rather than people just having faith.

And can be more sarcastic and joke easier as I Use facial expression to convey humour.

I think I'm probably a bit different in RL than on forums, but that doesn't mean I'm putting on an act. I dunno - you'd have to ask someone who knows me in RL really.

Yeah I think everyone has to be a bit differnet on forums, even if you still are basically the same, due to the limitations of the communications medium

For one thing, I'm not considered particularly "right wing" in RL, and I'm not considered to be a bible-bashing extremist Christian either. In fact, I rarely talk about my faith - perhaps the abuse I get on forums about it has put me off doing that. Having said that, I didn't talk about it much before that either.

Chingadores Blancos translates to "White Fuckers" ie white asshole. I chose that name when I was sick of seeing blackface and Wog icons.

I'm a bit introverted, which doesn't mean I don't like to socialise, but I also like being on my own, and that depends on my mood.

Being introverted doesn't necessarily mean being shy. I don't generally like being with large groups of people, and I find a lot of small talk quite tedious. I also like to have an escape route - socially speaking. Laughing

Indeed they are, but it's not even that - I just get to the point when I've had enough I guess and I want to be on my own. I do stay out late though - if I'm with people who I find interesting.

MY MOTTO,  or, words to live by :

""Be quiet, kind and gentle;  quiet, kind and gentle,
In eveything you do.
Be quiet, kind and gentle;  quiet, kind and gentle,
And the whole world will smile with you..

I first saw this ditty on a French cartoon back in the late '80s or early '90s.

That makes no sense. Why is there a comma after "quite", and what does it mean - be quite?

Cool

@ Raggamuffin :

When I first heard it, I took "quite" to mean talking softly, not too aggressively, not yelling or screaming unnecessarily, and not making unnecessary or extraneous noise (as seen with those people who must make noise just for noises's sake..).
