The left motto

Divert, deflect and cover up
Its a simple question and one that the Muslims in the area are rightly being open minded about the views on homosexuality as maybe they can see that such hate of homosexuality can and does lead to violence.
So that means reviewing the islamic view of homosexuality,. as ther mainstrem view is hateful based on hadiths.
Why is it you cannot see that also?

And this is eaxctly what they say...

Perhaps this is a time for the Muslim community to reassess its stance on sexual orientation and gender identity. The former is distinct from the atrocities committed by the inmates of Sodom and Gomorrah where sex was used for power and dominance; innocent men became victims of a power play and women become victims of temple prostitution. The orthodox belief that homosexuality is a sin — based on the story of Sodom and Gomorrah — is what leads to the nuances of homophobia around the massacre in Orlando.

Now this is what I like to see, Muslims unafraid to say things problematic within Islam, instead of the as seen throughout on here defend bad aspect of the religion by denial, deflection, as to what some Muslims do elsewhere, helping the ictims etc, ignoring nobody is condeming these Muslims as they are good people and then we have the covering up islamic text, by again also denial as well.
This is what is needed for Islam to progress.

The normal stance of Muslims is that they hate homosexuals and this comes from Islamic teachings!!!

Hence...

"...The Orlando LGBT nightclub killer described himself as an 'Islamic soldier'..."

4ever seems to struggle on this part or on the fact that even the article she posted had Muslims miles removed from her views, that are not afraid to look at the problems within islam. They did of course try to seperate this from Islam, which is also good, but this is difficult when it is mainstream Islam that is hateful of homosexuality

Good point Tommy by the way to question this which sadly you had the usual deflection answers

Yes, it seems there was a montage of reasons that drove this kid.  He also hated women and beat his wife, loved playing cop and was a gun nut.  That's why the most probable singular reason was that he was nutz.

But none of us are psychiatrists, and anyone who is a psychiatrist will never get the opportunity to examine him.

The up-shot is, we are all free to make up our own minds.  There's nothing and no one who might refute us.  My bet is: delayed, protracted separation anxiety, causing a fixated hatred of his mother...leading to misogyny, which he took out on his wife, and homophobia, which was actually transference from his fixation on his mother.

He told the cops he was an ISIS soldier as a cover-up for his underlying illness, which was in fact detached schizophrenia. Detached schizophrenics are often embarrassed by their excessive flatulence and look for compensatory identifications to restore their reduced self-esteem.

1) No there is on reason of which is the root cause, mainstream Islam, which teaches homosexuality is a punishable by death. If you teach someone to hate black people and it leads to violence are you going to claim racism is not to blame? Islam teaches homophobia on a gran scale, to the extent it should have those who commit a homosexual act to be punished and to be seen as righteous doing this.

2)  I see you are not learning there is no case for any mental health problems, unless you think all religious people are.

3) More inventions and I reckon his wife a Palestinian, is definately in non this crime, as she knew all about what he was going to do and did not inform the authorities, hence why she is being investigated and set before a grand jury, however she has gone missing. Quelle surprise leading evben more to the fact this is most definately ISIS linked

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-06-21/loretta-lynch-admits-federal-authorities-have-lost-orlando-shooters-wife

4) So now we have the worst defense and invention going. He apparantly lied about following ISIS to cover up for a mental illness there is no history of. You see this is what is wrong with the left they simply invent nonsense when trying to defend a barbaric religion like Islam. There is over 2500 years of religious violence to look at the root cause of the problem and when it comes to Christianity the link is seen, with racism, the linbk is seen, but with islam, the left have a mlafunction in their brains every single time and attempt to use the mental health joker card.

Sad how Tommykins isn't able to read Evil or Very Mad
But as the article clearly explains the methods of the younger generation making headway {even in South Africa} to pull their elders out of the mistaken assumptions that the 'Legend of Sodom & Gomorrah' was a verbatim written 'we shall hate homosexual' detractive! When there is ZERO PROOF of any such reference in the Quran ...well, make believe and twisted assumptions and misguided mind-sets make up a lot of really F'd up humans in this world. Rolling Eyes
While it is pathetically humorous - the continued use of this miss-information used by 'SOME' to isolate/generalize many of the Muslim faithful is just as sick and twisted as those that become so easily brainwashed into the ilk that fall into the trap of thinking like a TERRORIST!
And as the FBI are able to interview and dig deeper into Mateen's past ...his history of social problems and his willingness to attach to any group that might claim him seems very anti-social - the poor kid probably had issues that his family just never knew what to do - never used the schools resources to get him the help that might have made a huge difference in where he ended up!

I'd be careful playing this card Tommy. Jo Cox's killer saw himself as some sort of white soldier.

yes you can call yourself that, but was he a Muslims and raised a Muslims?

Are you not always telling people so rudely that we are all Muslims?

Or does this methodology on work in favour of when you want do with islamic ideology?

The simple point is this.

In Islam in the main does it teach to view homosexuality is a sin and wrong?
Does it also teach to punish this sin in sharia law in countries and for centuries?
Can such hate lead to violence?

Transcripts of police phone call with the Muslim terrorist...

Are inconclusive. He can't even make up his mind to which he is swearing allegiance...ISIS or the man. Given his homosexual tendencies, this might be important.

I think you are pointing up his confusion, which would lend credence to the thesis that he was mad.

Simple questyion

Is racism a concept and ideology?

Yes or No

Does not matter if his alleginace is to ISIS or not its certainly to islam

If he is homosexual it will still lead back to religion and culture, based off a caste system.
There is no proof he is homosexual but happy to go down rthis avenue also to show its religious in nature and would then be down to the family's religious views

Lets start with this first point

Simple questyion

Is racism a concept and ideology?

Yes or No

Define 'concept'.  Since you use the term as a noun, you obviously have a specific thought in mind.  The same is true of 'ideology', however I have provided you a definition of this noun in previous threads: an ideology is a system of ideas.

In answer to your question, it depends on your meanings of the terms.  Your use of  nonsensical nouns (gobbledygook) suggests you haven't thought that far ahead yourself.  You are just using cryptic language to lose yourself (and your reader) in nonsense (gobbledygook).

Further, since you ask the term in the conjunctive (and), rather than the disjunctive (or), it appears you are associating 'concept' with 'ideology'.  I won't speculate given your propensity to go off into a neatherland of nonspecific ramblings.  Suffice it to say that you haven't asked a clear question.

If he is homosexual it will still lead back to religion and culture, based off a caste system.

Why?  Because you say so?  You have never adequately established a link between Islam and homosexuality...certainly, no more so that the link to Christianity.

Transcripts of police phone call with the Muslim terrorist...

All we have to say mair was anything other than mentally I'll is two fake photoshop pictures from sassquatch on the jo cox thread...

Bit of a difference don't you think!?

Funny how you're automatically discounting the fact that the Muslim guy may have a mental illness too.

As for any link to Isis, the CIA director disagrees with you. I wonder who I should believe.

belief

ideology

1.

yes or no

I do not need to define further but a simple yes or no as to whether you believe racism is or not, so your poor deflection is trying to cop out of answering

Next does racism lead to hate?

yes or no?

Okay why would a person with homosexual tendencies murder many homosexuals, when they come from a culture that is against homosexuality and has a caste system?
Could it be he was then brought up as its well known the views his father has on homosexuaility being a sin and wrong.
If the father and the rumours are to be true, that the father berated him over being gay, then from such a culture, which has honour and shame as a great part of that culture. Then the only reason he would have killed so many homosexuals would be to try to right a dishonour from his own family. To right a wrong of him being viewed homosexual.
That is the only concievable view as to why he would murder people based on a religious shame around him being gay, that he looked to amend this in the most extreme way.
I do not buy these theory and have yet to see any proof he was gay

yes you can call yourself that, but was he a Muslims and raised a Muslims?

Are you not always telling people so rudely that we are all Muslims?

Or does this methodology on work in favour of when you want do with islamic ideology?

The simple point is this.

In Islam in the main does it teach to view homosexuality is a sin and wrong?
Does it also teach to punish this sin in sharia law in countries and for centuries?
Can such hate lead to violence?

Muslims are not some homogenous group of people, nor are all raised the same. The fact the you clearly think so demonstrates your naivity. Are all Catholics raised the same? Exactly!

And you misquote me - I said we are all born Muslim. You clearly are not anymore. But in Islam we believe we are all born with a sense of believing in God. It's not meant to offend you but then you are always quite sensitive. That's not my problem.

Acts of homosexuality are a sin in Islam, as it is in other religions also.

Acts of homosexuality and sex outside marriage are punishable under Sharia law, providing there are 4 indpendemt witnesses to the act of penetration.

Can that alone lead to acts of violence? No. Otherwise hundreds of millions of Muslims would feel compelled to do so, just as they feel compelled to fast during Ramadhan.

Nobody has the right to act outside the law. This particular Muslim was clearly mentally disturbed to think he had the right to murder anyome.

Further on the breaking news about Mateen's gay lovers:

Daily News wrote:Pulse nightclub shooter Omar Mateen was spurned by boyfriends, ‘did it for revenge,’ alleged ex-lover claims

The gunman who slaughtered 49 people at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando was a confused, gay man who drank heavily, a man who claims he was his lover for two months told Univision.

Omar Mateen, the deranged Muslim shooter behind the massacre, held a grudge against Latino men he met at the popular gay club because he felt used by them, the man told the network. “I’ve cried like you have no idea. But the thing that makes me want to tell the truth is that he didn’t do it for terrorism,” the man told Univision Noticias anchor Maria Elena Salinas in an exclusive interview on Tuesday. “In my opinion he did it for revenge.”

Mateen even had a tryst with two men, one of whom later revealed he was HIV positive, the man said.

Univision was unable to independently verify the man’s account, but the FBI confirmed to the network that it had met with him.

The man, who did not want his true identity revealed, said he met Mateen last year through a gay dating site and began a relationship soon after.

He described Mateen as “a very sweet guy” who never showed a violent side. He loved to be cuddled. He was looking for love," he said.

Several clubgoers and other acquaintances said that Mateen was a regular at the club and that he was active on such dating sites.

Mateen was married twice and had a child with his second wife.

The 29-year-old gunman opened fire with an automatic rifle in Pulse in the early hours of June 12, killing 49 people and wounding dozens more. He was killed in a shootout with police hours later.

“My reaction was that can’t be the man I know,” the stunned former lover told Univision. “It’s impossible that the man I know could do that.”

The man said that Mateen was attracted to Latino men, but felt used and rejected by them after several sexual encounters.

Mateen was especially upset after one tryst with a pair of Puerto Rican men, one of whom later revealed he was HIV positive, he added.

Omar Mateen visited Pulse nightclub hours before mass shooting.

“He (Omar) was terrified that he was infected,” he said. “I asked him, ‘Did you do a test?’ Yes. He went to the pharmacy and did the test … it came out negative but it doesn’t come out right away. It takes 4, 5 months.

“When I asked him what he was going to do now, his answer was, ‘I’m going to make them pay for what they did to me,’” he added.

Meanwhile, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch traveled to Orlando on Tuesday to deliver a message of support and $1 million in emergency funds to help cover law enforcement costs.

Lynch met with the relatives of victims and told the gay community, “We stand with you.”

I am not going off anything other than your own view that thinks all people are born Muslims

So we are agreed that in islam homosexuality is taught as punishable and what happens when people are also taught to emulate Muhammad who also punsihed homosexuals?

Do you then run the risk that this increass the risk that people believe they are righteous in then executing homosexuals?

So yes that can alone lead to violence as there is over 2500 years of religious persecution against homosexuality

Are you going to deny this and deny people have throught it was righteous to kill homosexuals?

Here we go again with the old excuse of mental health when there is none, unless you think being insecure to the fear of religion thus being religious is a mental health issue?

Again you simply are ignoring the fact that hate can lead to violence and if you do not think so, i suugest you read the Rise of the Nazis and the religion of nazism

So hearsay, not evidence

Again this would then fall down to honour being ahsmaed from the religiopusd culture they come from.

So where is the evidence that actually even knew him sexually?

I just did define, so I will define further

ideology

   1.

Emulating the prophet (pbuh) and having the same rights as him are 2 different things. Again, you are naive.

Otherwise why aren't all Muslims emulating the prophet this way? If you can't explain that, then your fallacy will remain exposed.

So you cannot answer to simple questions so let me dumb this down further for you

The point on racism was so you could understand, but now i will have to dumb it down further

Can hatred lead to violence?

Is teaching homosexuality is punishable not hatred?

Take your time

That is your opinion.
To the followers of ISIS, this means throwing gays off roof tops
All you are doing is what most apologists do, claim they do not follow the religion that way.
Well other Muslims do follow Islam that way literally as you well know and this is problematic as well as the problem of the hadiths, whcih superscede the Quran by Muslims

So more lies

I have nothing against Muslims, I have against bad beliefs,. but this is what apologists do when faced with difficult points, they try instead to character assasinate and it always makes them look bad.

I am happy that you prove to be a decietful Muslims, does islam teach you to lie by any chance?

Most Muslims i know do not, so why do you?

Lol!

We both know the truth. ;-)

Otherwise why aren't all Muslims emulating the prophet this way? If you can't explain that, then your fallacy will remain exposed.

Not my opinion. Very sweet of you but this is Islam.

And I note you failed to answer my question out of incompetence.

Isis are not mainstream Islam. That's why you failed to answer my question directly.

No that is your view of Islam
Now unless you can find a tardis and actually prove the Quran and Islamic works are authetic, then you are simply going off views of men and scholars on islam, which as seen differ greatly and have done sinces its genesis.
ISIS are the most closet towards literal islam there is in the Quran and hadiths.
Your point on incompetance has no relevance
You see this is what is wrong with those religious, you go off a myth and claim you follow that myth right, where other Muslims will disagree and none of you can prove your stance.
Its the disprove god exists questions.
In other words you are asking people to disporve something you cannot prove esists

You see, character assaination time

For those on the forum who do not know what this means.

character assassination
noun
noun: character assassination; plural noun: character assassinations

the malicious and unjustified harming of a person's good reputation.

So why would he do this?

Simply because he wants to deflect, divert and cover up

I do not drink Quill and have not drunk any alcohol for a very long time, the fact you use this as a means to goad and stir is why there is problems on this forum
