The Real Marigold Hotel

Post by Guest on Mon Feb 15, 2016 11:31 pm

Just watched all three episodes in one sitting as I missed them.  I am so jealous, it was uplifting just watching it.  My favourite festival is Diwali, to watch it in India would be amazing.  I think OH recognises the wanderbug in my eye lol

It's brilliant, not just Idia and Indian culture, but the people who are thrown together to live.  Because they are older, they are so much kinder to each other.  I'm sure if they had done this with youngsters the results would have been much different.   The Laughing Yoga is hilarious!

Me too, never been and would love to go.  My friend Jeet says I have never seen Dawali properly unless I have seen it there.
