The good night and good morning thread

Post by Guest on Mon Jul 06, 2015 6:25 pm

First topic message reminder :

They used to be a thread called this on other forums where posters weary from the days debate would sign of globally so to speak

And as i am planning on hitting the sack very shortly after My dinner  (been up since 3:30am ) i thought what the hell

Some lovely pics there...(apart from the car crash one)

Our green and pleasant land looks beautiful even in snowy, wintry foggy weather. Cool

4ever: what will you do with those baked bananas? That sounds lovely!
Well, it's beginning to ~~ ♫ ♪ a lot like Christmas ♫ ♪ ~~  the snow started just as I was finishing up my quadruple batch of banana bread for the oven!  My house sure smells lovely!

6 loaves - 12 Texas size muffins - 4 small loaves of banana bread; gifts for my OT & PT therapy people/friends & neighbors!
I've got pumpkin bread & a orange/cranberry loaf to mix up yet ...but I'll be pacing myself.  Don't want to burn out my mixer and the work load is causing some extra spine pain too.

I absolutely love banana bread. The orange and cranberry one sounds nice too - that blend is actually my favourite drink!

The car crash picture took me aback, too.  But it was a news story, or the pictures therefrom.  So, like a true journalist, I threw in the bad with the good.

Just the facts, innit Ben?

Been keeping an eye on this gif occasionally, since it registered 365 days to go, last boxing day. It's about to zero down again, then start all over again in an endless loop.Time flies so fast. Where does it go?

Are you kidding me? On Christmas Day?? According to Greenwood County Emergency Management Director Levi Vinson, "Hail, flooding, and tornadoes possible. The weather pattern is setting up like it does in the spring."

***********************************************
Well, that is what my weather conditions are calling for ...whether or not the meteorologist have this nearly right or just rolled the dice
But it was a balmy 52º and many people were using their grills and BBQ'ing lots of meats to have for left overs instead of the typical TURKEY menus.  LOL  But it's been raining and we did need the moisture.

Insomnia strikes. I just read a whole article about mountains for an odd reason I'm not going into, and I still cannot sleep.

Might go and turn the forum pink.

Afternoon all....well the forum is still the same colour (off white) so I guess you did manage to fall asleep eventually.
